1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website [allaroundguttersofcentralflorida.com] (“Site”) and any services provided through it, including gutter cleaning, installation, and repair (“Services"). By accessing or using the Site or requesting Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Definitions

  • "Company," “We,” “Us” refers to All Around Gutters of Central Florida, based in Deltona, Florida.

  • "You," "Your," or "User" means the individual accessing or using the Site or Services.

  • “Service” refers to gutter cleaning, installations, gutter guard systems, inspections, repairs, and related work offered.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use or request Services. 

 

4. Service Estimates & Payment

  • Free estimates are valid for 90 days from issuance.

  • Accepted methods: check, cash, Zelle, Venmo or credit card (credit card transactions include a processing fee).

 

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled via the Site, phone, or email.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. 

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to work areas.

  • Secure pets and clear personal belongings.

  • Disclose known hazards.

 

7. Warranties & Liability

  • We offer a 6 year workmanship warranty, applicable under normal use and proper maintenance. 

  • Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services, or whichever is greater. We are not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. External Links

The Site may include links to third-party sites. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We encourage users to review their terms and policies. 

 

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. 11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access ends immediately. 

 

11. Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Volusia County, Florida, and waive any objections to that venue and jurisdiction.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Around Gutters of Central Florida, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

 

13. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be removed or limited so that the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. 

 

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Around Gutters of Central Florida regarding your use of the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
